All sales are final. You can evaluate the product completely before you pay.

StatsToTable Pro is sold without a discretionary refund. Every analysis is free and unlimited, and one report export per calendar month costs nothing, so the software can be evaluated completely before any payment is made. Please purchase only once you have decided you need unlimited exports.
2. What this means in practice
- No refund is given because you changed your mind after purchasing.
- No refund is given for a subscription period that has already begun, except as set out in sections 3 and 4.
- Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
3. Your statutory rights are not affected
Nothing in this policy excludes rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Where a mandatory legal rule gives you a right to cancel, to withdraw, or to a remedy, that right applies and will be honoured.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Where that right applies to your purchase, you may exercise it by writing to the address in section 8 within 14 days of the charge.
4. If the service does not work as described
If StatsToTable fails to do what this website says it does, contact us before requesting anything else. A defect will be corrected, or the affected period refunded. This is separate from a change of mind and applies regardless of the rule in section 1.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal was charged that you did not intend, write to us within 14 days of that charge and it will be refunded in full. Cancelling before the renewal date prevents the charge entirely.
6. Before payment
Two disclosures must be accepted before the payment page opens: what the service does and does not do, and this refund policy. The version accepted is recorded with the transaction. That record exists so that neither side has to rely on memory later.
7. Who processes a refund
Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles the transaction, so any refund is issued through Paddle against the original charge. Paddle's buyer terms apply in addition to this policy.
